When we talk about a one day diet we refer to a fasting diet. Often complete starvation or partial starvation not only helps you to lose a couple of kilos but also does your bowels a lot of good.
A fasting diet is essential for those who have improper nutrition. Farinaceous food, chips and bread are being disgested in our stomach for a long time and stores up day by day. Doesn't sound that good, does it? In order to help our body to get rid of digested products we need to give a day off to the alimentary canal and go on a fasting diet.
The menu:
- A one day diet based on grapefruits burns a good amount of calories.
Breakfast: a peeled grapefruit, a boiled egg, rye-bread coffee or tea with lemon.
Have a doubled portion of the same food for lunch.
Add a glass of vegetable juice to the same menu for dinner. - A one day diet with honey will provide our body with a necessary amount of carbohydrates, which will let you have a regular day with a regular work schedule (without physical activity).
Eat a poached or a hard-boiled egg, drink a cup of coffee or tea for breakfast.
When having lunch, add some hard pressed cheese to the products listed above. For dinner you'll treat yourself with a bowl of chicken broth, a piece of rye-bread or сereal bread, an apple and a cup of tea. Provide your each meal with a spoon of honey.
